Apartıman'Belkıs is located above the historical Şimal Merdivenleri (steps) on Meşrutiyet Caddesi (street) in the center of a triangle formed by the districts of Galata, Tünel and Tepebaşı.

Residential space of studio apartments, suites and penthouse, as well as office units spread over 3 floors, on a total of 10 floors.

The integration of the historical Şimal Steps in front of the apartment building as an outdoor exhibition space devoted to fashion and design.

The three lower floors of the building are an office space solely allocated to design offices, as well as a café and exhibition space integrated with events organized on the steps.
